Gio did a fantastic job helping my wife and me find our first home. Not only did he have great contacts to help us find a lawyer and mortgage broker, he was also extremely knowledgeable. We first found Giovanni about 4 years ago, we were very impressed with him but ultimately decided to continue renting. Fast forward to 2020, we decide to revisit the idea of buying and immediately call Gio up. By now, the pandemic is in full swing and he has a baby on the way- but you would have never guessed it. He was relaxed and never pressured us, he was quick to respond and get the ball rolling, he walked us thru the next steps, and most importantly spoke to us honestly and like we were his friends. Gio is a "give it to you straight" kind of guy, he will give you his honest opinion and tell you what has worked best for previous deals.
